Common questions about working with BIDWAY.
Do I need to add tenders myself?
No. BIDWAY retrieves notices from active sources and matches them to your company profile. It is not a board for users to publish their own orders.
Can every tender be analysed?
Analysis requires accessible, readable documentation. If a source requires login, blocks downloads or contains unsupported files, the system identifies the issue and returns the reserved allowance.
Are documents approved by an advisor?
There is no mandatory advisor approval step. The system prepares the analysis and drafts; the bidder checks the data and requirements, completes missing information, signs and submits the bid.
Does BIDWAY submit the bid for me?
No. You download the documents and submit them as required by the authority. The analysis describes the platform, format and signature requirements where specified in the documentation.
What uses my allowance?
One completed analysis uses one analysis credit. One completed document package uses one preparation credit. A credit is reserved while a task runs and returned if the task fails. Reopening or downloading a completed result does not use another credit.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Once payments are activated, you can manage your subscription in the payment provider’s portal. Cancelling renewal does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
